TERMS OF SALE
  • A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to all purchases paid by cash or cashiers checks. An additional 3% will be added for purchases paid for by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.

  • Everything is sold "AS IS, WHERE IS". ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

  • A 25% cash deposit is required on auction day. Balance is due by the next business day at 4:00pm.

  • Announcements on the day of sale take precedence over all written material.
