TERMS AND CONDITIONS General: Bidders using the online auction service at TLCAuctions.com must be over the age of 18 and capable of forming legal, binding contracts. All items are sold in an “as is, where is” condition with no warranties or guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied, as to the merchantability or fitness for any purpose of the property offered for sale. Every effort has been made to describe each item to the best of our ability; however we do not always have access to the items being sold. All descriptions of items in this sale are believed to be correct. Preview of items is strongly recommended as no refunds or adjustments will be made. TLC Auctions reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to withdraw from the sale any of the items listed. Viewing: Viewing of auction items will be by appointment only. Bidding: All bidders must register. Before you make an offer on an item, please thoroughly read all of the terms and conditions such as payment, shipping and description. Some agencies may have their own terms and conditions separate from TLC Auctions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, DO NOT BID. Remember - this bid is the same as a contract. If you become the winning bidder you are legally bound by contract to purchase the item. If a bid is placed within one minute before the item ends, the auction will be automatically extended one minute. Auction Close: Successful bidders shall receive a complete invoice within 24 hours after the close of the auction. All winning bidders must contact TLC Auctions at OnlineSales@tlcauctions.com within 48 hours following winning bid notification. Complete payment and pick-up arrangements will be made at this time. Some public agencies may require the winning bidder to sign a form releasing said agency from future liability as a condition of this auction. Payment Terms: Payment may be made thru Pay Pal or directly to TLC Auctions. Forms of payment are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Cash or Cashiers Checks. We do not accept personal or business checks. For international customers we can only accept payment thru Pay Pal. Full payment must be received within 2 business days of auction close. In the event the bidder fails to pay the full purchase price for any lot within the prescribed time, or fails to comply with any other terms of the sale, TLC Auctions reserves the right to cancel the transaction and sell the item to another interested party and bidder may be banned from all future purchases both on-line and in person. Sales Tax will be added to the purchase price for all taxable items. Dealers who purchase for resale must pay said sales tax or provide a resale certificate prior to final payment. Sales tax rate will be based on items location. A “Buyers Premium” of 13% will also be added to all purchases. A 3% discount will be given for payments made with cash or cashiers check. Vehicle Titles: TLC Auctions or Seller will provide a Certificate of Title upon payment in full. No lost or misplaced titles will be re-issued. Sales tax on vehicles will be assessed by DMV and are due upon registration. Removal Terms: Items are available for local pickup only; we are not equipped for shipping. Items must be removed within 2 business days of auction close. Please check quantities before removal of purchases because no adjustments will be made after items are removed from premises. All loading and labor costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Any item left after the removal deadline will be subject to resell without any obligation to refund any amount to the original buyer. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions: By submitting a bid, the bidder agrees that they have read, fully understand and accept the Terms and Conditions, and agree to pay for and remove the property, if the bid is accepted, by the dates and times specified. |
